The 550 Building is a large government office building owned by The State of Oregon Department of Administrative Services. Our task was to transform this former Sears and Roebuck retail store into a new flexible home for the Oregon Department of Energy. We used bright colors, flexible conference room spaces, and reclaimed wood to give this space a lively experience that will better serve the next generation of employees working in state offices. We provided construction document production ranging from overall floor and ceiling plans, site plans to casework and connection details.
